Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb and details about the work you need. If you visit our website, we may also collect standard analytics data (such as pages viewed) through tools like Google Analytics, and advertising data through Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixel.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
To carry out and schedule the work you book
To contact you about your job or account
To improve our website and understand which services people are looking for

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it where necessary to run our business — for example with the team member carrying out your job, or with service providers who help us operate (such as our quote-form provider and analytics tools). These providers may store data outside New Zealand.

Cookies & advertising

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to measure website traffic and the performance of our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. These partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just get in touch.
